Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to The Khurrum Group's website, property-search experience, contact and consultation forms, and related online interactions. It does not govern a third party's website, application, or service, even when we link to or embed that service.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide: your name and email address, plus any phone number, company, title, real estate interest, consultation request, or message you choose to submit.
- Property-search activity: search criteria such as county, city, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, and the listing requested. The website does not require an account to search listings.
- Device and network information: hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, requested URL, and similar technical data needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and rate-limit the services.
- Local preferences: the site stores theme and accessibility settings in your browser's local storage. You may remove them through your browser settings.
Values entered into the website's financing calculator remain in the page while you use the tool and are not submitted to us by that calculator.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and consultation requests;
- provide property searches, listing details, and requested real estate services;
- maintain records of prospective and current client communications;
- operate, secure, rate-limit, diagnose, and improve the website and services;
- protect our rights, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or regulatory duties.
How information is disclosed
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. The recipients may include:
- monday.com: contact and consultation submissions are placed in our lead-management board so the team can respond and manage the relationship.
- Cloudflare: our contact and listing API infrastructure processes requests, security information, and limited operational logs.
- Cotality/Trestle and participating listing services: property-search criteria are used to retrieve public listing and media information.
- Website and embedded-content providers: GitHub Pages, Google Maps and Google Fonts, OpenStreetMap, UserWay when enabled, image hosts, and similar services may receive technical information when their resources load.
- our brokerage, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or parties to a business transaction when disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
We do not sell personal information for money. Based on the website's current configuration, we do not use advertising pixels or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, local storage, and tracking choices
The site uses local storage for theme and accessibility preferences. Embedded providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Your browser may let you block cookies, clear local storage, or send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, those signals do not change our first-party practices; third-party services may respond differently.
Retention and security
We retain contact and relationship records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, licensing, and brokerage obligations. Technical logs and cached listing responses are retained according to the operational schedules of the relevant providers. Browser preferences remain until you clear them.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
California privacy rights
Depending on the law and its applicability, California residents may have rights to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, learn about its collection and disclosure, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
To submit a request, use our contact page, call (949) 444-7985, or mail us at 1133 Camelback St #8916, Newport Beach, CA 92658. Please state that your message is a privacy request and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization. If a particular privacy law does not apply to us or an exception applies, we will still review the request and explain our response.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
